  Terrible experience. waited to be seated for a while despite an very quiet resturant. Took 10 mins to take a drnk order.. so we decided to order the food as well to hurry things up. Food didn't even come out at the same time with my kids. Waitress took the entire meal to get us a refill. Which ended up with dirty glasses and some weird debris floating in the drink. I dont expect much from chain resturants... average service.. average food.. but this place was terrible. The steak I ordered was burnt so bad on the under and top side. .. I have only been to ruby tuesday about a dozen time in my life and every time the experience has been bad. Also the food prices are out of touch with their competitors

  As a regular customer I have seen a decline over the past six months. The past several times they are always out of something.(mostly baked potatoes.) Last time it was several items. The service is usually good as far as the wait staff is concerned. I noticed that the tables were not very clean though, and bathroom was gross. Convenience and the salad bar kept us going back. Hoping this time there will be an improvement. Last time was the last time. I feel bad for the servers when they have to explain all the items they kitchen is out of.
